dehart family.jpgDale DeHart is the President and co-founder of HSsegue, LLC, a company formed to help homeschooling families find the resources necessarily to school their children in a values-based environment.  He is also founder of SOHO Prospecting, a Ventura County / Camarillo-based company that provides small companies and medium-sized businesses with the strategy and marketing services they need to compete. 

Dale received a B. S. in Electronics Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, and a Masters in Electronics Engineering from Stanford University. Dale also earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from UCLA. Dale’s technical and business background led him to excel in senior management positions with several leading high-tech corporations, including Hewlett Packard, TRW, and Motorola.   Dale also serves on the Boards of Directors of Ward-Davis, Inc., the nation’s largest T&M equipment manufacturers’ representative company, the Channel Islands YMCA, and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMCUSA). 

Tamma DeHart is the wife of Dale DeHart and a homeschooling mom.  She is a co-founder of HSsegue, LLC, a company formed to help homeschooling families find the resources necessarily to school their children in a values-based environment. Tamma received a B. A. in Marketing from Michigan State University and had a successful 20 year career in Sales and Sales Management for various Medical Equipment Companies including: C.R. Bard Inc, Nellcor Inc. (now part of Puritan Bennett), Latitude Communications, Inc. (now part of Cisco, Inc.), and Natus Medical, Inc.  During her sales career she was responsible for sales of medical devices, and voice and data communications solutions. 

Tamma is actively involved with her home church’s Awana program and is in her 6th year of leadership. Though Tamma’s experience in Sales and Marketing has certainly prepared her for her role at HSsegue, she first and foremost enjoys being a wife and homeschooling mom.

sands family.jpgDiane Sands is first and foremost, a full-time, stay-at-homeschooling mom.  Her life is filled with the blessings of her firefighter husband and two growing children.  Diane grew up in Southern California and enjoys family time, camping, and the beach.  She is a co-founder of HSsegue, LLC, a company formed to help homeschooling families find the resources necessary to school their children in a values-based environment.

Diane worked in Mortgage Banking for 10 years in the Real Estate Loan Auditing Division at Great Western Bank, now Washington Mutual.  She is actively involved with her church.  She works  with Women’s Ministries,  and sits on the Children’s Ministry Team, where she is in charge of Special Events including; Christmas Eve Children’s Worship Service, Happy Birthday Jesus Party, and Vacation Bible School.  She has also been a Board member of CASA, a local Homeschooling Support Group with over 200 member families.  As a Co-founder of HSsegue, she hopes that the website will give support to families who have made the choice to homeschool and that the website will empower families to locate and share resources with others within their local area.
