So, you are an organizer.  Until HSsegue- your organizing options have been limited.  You probably organize classes and events either by email or via a chat group.  Neither is ideal and you can now look at those methods in your rear view mirror.

Here is how HSsegue can streamline this process for you.

1.    Join www.HSsegue.com - it is free.

2.    Post your classes, events or field trips on the site using the Post tab (visible once you've logged in) - simply fill out the fields in the forms.

3.    Use email or your chat groups to "announce" your class or event.
Yahoo Example be sure to copy the address of the HSsegue posting into your announcement. And interested parties can reply directly to your post.

4.    Now here is the ultimate in event-organizing tools!  You are notified when someone has applied to your posting via email and are directed to a
"Manage Participants" dashboard. From here you view the Name, Grade and Gender of the applicant and are provided a link to the parent or guardian. Simply with the click of a button you may "Enroll, Decline, Waitlist or Contact" the applicant.Yep- You may even send an attachment- (permission slip? PayPal link to pay? Class Assignment?)

5.    All applicants are notified of their status- (Enrolled, Declined, Waitlisted)

6.    Once your participant list is established- Using the
"Contact Enrolled" button you may send everyone the same message and include attachments.  If you have organized a class - this feature is very helpful for sending messages to students throughout the year.  If you have organized a field trip, sending reminders is a snap.
