If you are using a third-party provider or spam filtering system for the contact e-mail address(es) listed in your profile, filtering errors can cause legitimate messages such as replies, urgent billing notices and invoices to be accidentally classified in the "Spam" folder.
You can follow the following procedures to reduce the odds of such filtering errors causing miscommunications. We can’t guarantee that these procedures will work or are current, as the providers constantly change their systems.
